Welcome! My name is David Tian, Ph.D. and this is episode 69. Sixty-nine… of Man Up! I’m in Jakarta, a land of wonderful pleasure. Hanging out with some friends in the suite here. We’ll be going up stairs to the bar shortly. I love this property. Shout out to Hermitage SPG all the way!

Okay, so the question is – episode 69 – the question is “how to start a conversation with a woman”? This comes from John. John wants to know how to start a conversation with a woman. Here’s the easy answer, I’ve created a free course on this. In this free course, actually on video, demonstrate this how to do this with a Singaporean woman. Actually she’s a mixed woman. I don’t know if that matters to the guys who aren’t from Singapore, they’re like “yeah!”.

So with a woman, I demonstrate that – I break it down for you – it is literally three sentences. It’s a way to start a conversation that is designed for Singapore, for Asia. I even have a Chinese version of it. I don’t deliver the Chinese version on the video but if you really need it, ask again. I’m sure you can sit down with a local and have it translated and then you have to test it in your own language. But it’s tested in English all over the world especially used in Asia because I live in Asia most of the year.

It have been for… what is it been now… for over thirteen years. So that’s where my testing grounds are for this opener. But I have clients all over the world who swear on this one. Just follow it word for word. Got to get the delivery right. That’s why you got to watch the video. I demo it on a girl in front of a class. In front of a room full of guys who paid and were three to five thousand dollars to be in that room to be part of that program, alright? So I’m giving it out to you for free.

Because if you don’t know how to start a conversation with a woman, you are fucked!

Because even if you find by random chance some great girl, you find some great Victoria secret model by random chance because they hook you up through her or a match maker or something. And then she starts to treat you like shit. And then once you’re in a marriage and you happen to get married in a jurisdiction that doesn’t uphold prenuptials like Singapore, someplace like that and then she decides to just give you a shit load… a horrible time and you end up having divorce, she just takes half your stuff…and even while you’re in that horrible, shitty marriage, you don’t know how to start a conversation with another woman.

You have no abundance! You have the opposite, you have scarcity. What’s going to happen? You’re going to be desperate. You’re going to get needy. You’re going to bend over backwards for whatever she wants from you and you’re going to go downhill from there. She doesn’t want you to talk to those girls and you can’t talk to those girls. She doesn’t want you to have these male friends and if you say “no” and she’s just going to withhold sex. If you say no, she’s going to get a divorce. That’s it! You got nothing! And you know what you’re going to be doing because you just can’t walk out on the street and just meet a girl. You can’t do that! You don’t have the skill how to start a conversation with a woman because you haven’t taken our course yet.

Because you don’t have the skill, look what happens to your life, scarcity. You’re going to get scared. Because the one girl that you do have, you got to hold on to her because it’s going to be hard for you to get another one. You’re going to have to go back to the match maker. Alright, you know what I mean so, the other thing is there are guys who only depend on their friends to introduce them. They depend on their social circle to meet women. To find the love of their life. You know how small your social circle is in relation to the population of the world versus a man who has the skill to walk up to a woman have a very good chance of at least having a friendship if not something more than that… a lover, a girlfriend or a wife out of that interaction.

So it’s a very important skill that’s why it’s right front and center, it’s not a creepy skill. It’s a great way to meet strangers. It’s a great way to meet a woman. It’s a great way to start building your social circle. You can compliment women without having to sleep with them just for the immature guys who don’t realize that. This happens all the time.

Bill Clinton used to do this all the time, charming people, tell others they’re beautiful, they’re smart, they’re intelligent, they just throw compliments all the time and as long as they are sincere and personal, you could do that. And this is a very special type of compliment. It’s not just this opener that I teach this, this line to start the conversation is not just a compliment.
